Is it easy to assemble my Pure Air5 Ultra Suspension?
The Pure Air5 Ultra Suspension comes mostly assembled and only minor things need to be assembled. A tool kit and manual for assembly will be provided, and this should not take longer than 10-20 minutes to do.
Is the Pure Air5 Ultra Suspension Waterproof?
The Pure Air5 Ultra Suspension is water resistant! The Pure Air5 Ultra Suspension is rated IP65. Short term, your e-bike can get wet and be in the rain, but any long-term exposure can cause serious problems.
Range and speed are dependent on riders’ weight, road surface, wind, and other conditions. This E-Scooter is not fully waterproof, please do not ride it in extreme rain or wet conditions.

The Pure Air 5 Ultra is an absolute powerhouse. Solid, incredibly powerful, and easily the best scooter Pure has ever created. The suspension is a complete game changer. If you think it feels heavy or the handlebars are too wide, just take a couple of rides and you’ll quickly fall in love with it.
I previously rode the Flex and loved its folding system, but the Ultra is far better suited for British town roads. On flat ground, it feels like you’re floating while staying safe and stable at all times. Don’t hesitate, just order it, you won’t regret it. Take it from a Pure user of over eight years, the Air 5 Ultra is a true tank, straight out of a Terminator movie.

After my first 50 miles, I’m absolutely delighted with this scooter. I weigh 100 kg, and the range is more than sufficient for long recreational rides. The torque is strong enough to handle short, steep inclines and push through headwinds with ease. The steering stability system also works very effectively.

The design is very clean and well thought out, with no exposed cables and excellent protection throughout, including resistance to rain and wet conditions. The wheels are well covered by sturdy mudguards, and maintenance is minimal—just recharge, check tyre pressure, and you’re ready to go.
For the price, it offers excellent value. The top speed is limited to 15 mph, which should be sufficient for most riders, although an extra 5–10 mph would have been a welcome addition.
