The most important part of any Motus eBike is its motor, which is provided by Bosch, a name synonymous with electric bikes. These are powered electric bikes that offer top-notch performance that suits your riding style.
The Bosch Active Line Plus motor is designed to offer smooth performance with four levels of assistance. You will enjoy natural assistance while you are riding your electric bike, making it easier to climb even the steepest hills. The motor is also quiet to ensure you enjoy the experience without any disturbances.
The battery capacity of the Motus eBike varies depending on the model you choose. It could be either a 400Wh or 500Wh capacity battery from Bosch’s PowerPack lineup. With the 500Wh battery, you could enjoy up to 93 miles on a single charge using the Eco mode.
The battery can be charged either by removing the battery from the frame or by charging it while still attached to the frame. The choice is yours.
It will take you 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery, while you could have a half charge within 2 hours.

Step up to the Grand Tour and you’ll get the larger 500Wh battery for extended range. This model also features 9-speed gearing for smoother transitions between gears. The Grand Tour suits riders who regularly cover longer distances or face more varied terrain.
This version incorporates hub gears rather than a traditional derailleur system. Hub gears require less maintenance and can be changed whilst stationary, useful for stop-start urban riding. The fully enclosed chain guard keeps your clothes clean and reduces maintenance requirements.
