1. 6-Month Health Check:
Enjoy a full inspection of your e-bike or scooter at the 6-month mark. We’ll check tyre wear, brakes, battery health, gear alignment, motor performance, and overall safety to keep your ride running smoothly.

2. Full Service & Tune-Up:
One complete service included, covering brake and gear tuning, chain lubrication, firmware updates (if applicable), bolt checks, and general safety optimisation, either in-store or we arrange for you to ship it back for a reduced fee.

3. Unlimited Brake Adjustments:
Stop by anytime for free labour on brake pad alignment, cable tension fixes, or system checks. You only pay for replacement parts if needed.

4. Unlimited Gear Alignment:
If your gears slip, click, or feel misaligned, we’ll recalibrate them for you as many times as needed, keeping your ride smooth and responsive.

5. FREE Inner Tube Replacement:
If you get a puncture, we’ll replace the inner tube once for free, including fitting. If you can’t get to a store, we offer 50% off courier collection and return for servicing or we will ship this out to free of charge.

Coverage

Drop Off at Store: You do not need to book in advance if you’re dropping off at one of our stores, simply ring or email ahead of drop off and we will aim to complete any servicing needed within 24 hours of drop off.

Exclusions

Deliberate Damage: No claim under the enhanced warranty would be accepted if found to be as a result of damages dealt on purpose or reckless behaviour.
Damage from Crash: Claims for issues caused by accidents or crashes will not be accepted. Problems or issues must have occurred or developed naturally or as a result of usual wear and tear.
