Products which ship from our shop generally take 1-2 business days after processing to deliver, while products shipping from our warehouse take 3-5 business days. We offer our very own in-house warranty for up to 1 year on all Electric Scooter and Electric Bike purchases. The warranty starts from the day your item is delivered and repairs are covered by our London shop and repair centre.

We do not recommend that you use an Electric Scooter if you’re over the weight limit. Electric Scooters are designed to work properly and safely up to a maximum weight – AKA ‘maximum load’. Usage beyond this weight (e.g. a 100kg rider with a 5kg backpack riding an Electric Scooter rated to carry up to 100kg) can be hazardous and void the warranty, while increasing wear and tear on important components.

All of our Electric Scooter and Electric Bikes use Lithium-Ion Batteries. We recommend you always keeps your batteries charged above 80% in order to maximise the life of your battery!
Yes, all of our Electric Scooter and Electric bikes come equipped with batteries. Additional batteries are available upon request.Â
No, your Electric Scooter will be delivered fully assembled. You will just have to put in a few screws. Tools and an easy to use guide will be provided in the box!Â
Yes, we have partnered together with Klarna and PayPal Credit to provide affordable 0% interest payment plans. Fill in your details and simply select Klarna/PayPal at checkout and follow the steps on their website to apply.Â
With Klarna you can get up to 12-month interest free finance on any of our e-scooters or e-bikes
Every application is assessed individually by Klarna/PayPal, and that is not unfortunately in our control. Please ensure that your shipping and billing address is the same, as this is a common reason for rejection.Â
