Returns
We have a no quibble 30 days return policy. If you are returning a scooter you must ensure that it is unused and securely packed, in its original box to allow safe transit. The goods must be sent back to us within 30 days of you telling us you wish to place a return. The customer must bear the cost of return shipping.

Warranty
Generally our products are covered by up to 12 months’ limited warranty as a minimum unless it’s a premium brand with a longer warranty period outlined below. If your product needs a professional repair, we may ask you to return it to one of our stores, either by bringing it in or posting it back to us at the customer’s expense if unable to drop off. We will always assist you with the collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to adequately repack the e-scooter or e-bike for collection; couriers may refuse to take unboxed goods, hence we recommend keeping the original box wherever possible. Rapid Scooter accepts no responsibility for parcels getting damaged or lost on their way to us.
Please note, our warranty only covers standard manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects and parts, and excludes items subject to wear and tear (such as brakes, tyres, bearings, chains, punctures, etc.).
Premium Brand-Specific Warranty Terms
- Haibike & Raleigh – Covered by a 5-year warranty on the frame (2 years on carbon frames) and 2 years on other components.
- Himiway – Covered by a 2-year warranty on all major components.
- All other brands – Covered by our 12-month limited warranty as detailed above.

Damages and visible defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that claims against visible physical defects reported after the usage can not be considered.
What the Warranty doesn’t cover?
- Damage caused by vehicle modification using non-original accessories to modify the scooter
- Physical damage to the body or frame
- Commercial usage of any sort and/or racing
- Change to Voltage levels and P setting in any way unless authorized by us first.
- Damage caused by violence and improper use or violent destruction
- Damages caused by traffic accidents
- Damage caused by natural or man-made water ingress, soaking
- The product sold does not match the time of the product warranty contract
- Damages or faults reported after the warranty expiry date.
- Aspects subject to wear and tear (i.e Brakes, Punctures, Tyres etc): The following is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear and tear items not covered by this warranty:Bearings, Brake Pads, Chains, Free Hub Bodies, Handlebar Grips, Rubber moving parts, Shifter, brake cables and casings, Spokes, Sprockets, Stripped threads/bolts, Tools, Transmission gears
- Failure to carry out proper maintenance in accordance with the manual and performed by a professional from an authorised store agreed by us.
- Damage caused by vehicle modification using non-original accessories to modify the scooter
- Physical damage to the body or frame
- Commercial usage of any sort and/or racing
- Change to Voltage levels and P setting in any way unless authorized by us first.
- Damage caused by violence and improper use or violent destruction
- Damages caused by traffic accidents
- Damage caused by natural or man-made water ingress, soaking
- The E-Scooter or E-Bike is used performing stunts and other dangerous actions which result in product damage.
- Arbitrary dismantling or use of unoriginal spare parts.
- Inappropriate operation, traffic accidents, or other accidental collisions.
- Damages caused by riding on uneven or untarred roads.
- Use for business lease or transfer of ownership.
- Natural disasters.
Rapid Scooter Master shall, at its sole discretion, determine the validity of warranty claims and reserves the right to refuse service or warranty support for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to the conditions listed above.
