Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rapidscooter.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that the buyer pays for the return cost of the item and there is a 10% restocking fee on the value of the purchased goods which would be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. An additional usage fee may apply if the returned goods are found to be used to cover loss of value where applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, missing a component or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, you must send a proof of the fault either by sending a video or a photo or bringing the product into store for inspection. Most items we sell may require some basic set up such asÂ
- Brake adjustment
- Pumping air into tyre
- Basic assembly
These are part of routine maintenance and are not considered “faults” and therefore we do not consider these complaints. Â
Range and speed are dependent on riders’ weight, road surface, wind, riding style and ambient temperature. The range and speed advertised are simply indicative manufacturers’ figures tested on a straight smooth surface, riding at low speed assuming an average rider weighting 60-70kg.Â
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The customer must bear the cost of the return shipping
