Our Enhanced Warranty upgrade will give you a total peace of mind in case there is ever a problem with your E-Scooter or E-Bike, even if it has sustained water damage or a puncture which are not included in the standard warranty. We will cover the cost of collection, repair/replace your ride and deliver it back to you. You just sit back and relax.

The standard warranty offered on E-Scooters or E-Bikes will only cover you for parts and if you’re unable change them yourself you would be liable for the cost of collection and shipment back. With the enhanced warranty we would take care of all if there is ever an issue.

Coverage

We will collect and deliver back: When a claim is accepted, we will collect, repair and re-deliver your scooter back to you. We do ask that you keep the original box as the couriers would not accept loose or unboxed goods.
Electrical or Mechanical Failure: The Enhanced Warranty will cover any electrical or mechanical failures that may arise. No job is too big or too small. We will professionally repair any issue using genuine parts to the original standard.
Water Damage: Avoiding the rain in the UK is an impossible task. The basic warranty on E-Scooters and E-bike will not cover water damage. With this Enhanced Warranty you can be sure that if the scooter develops a fault caused by rain you are covered and we will take care of the problem.
Punctures: Coverage for accidental punctures and flat tyres included.
Brakes: Coverage for any issue relating to the brakes, pads, disks, brake cable, lever or bleeding.

Exclusions

Deliberate Damage: No claim under the enhanced warranty would be accepted if found to be as a result of damages dealt on purpose or reckless behaviour.
Damage from Crash: Claims for issues caused by accidents or crashes will not be accepted. Problems or issues must have occurred or developed naturally or as a result of usual wear and tear.
One Claim per Cover: You will be allowed to make one claim per cover. You may purchase additional quantities of this cover to be able to make more claims.
