The scheme encourages participants health and enables cycling for fitness and fun, as well as reducing the cost of cycling equipment by up to 42%

IMPORTANT: Only E-Bikes with motors producing a power output up to 250W giving a top speed of 25km/h (15.5mph) with pedal assist (Class 2 E-Bikes) are eligible for the cycle to work scheme. If you are unsure, simply navigate to our Road Legal Electric Bike page and you can identify eligible bikes as they are tagged with “ROAD LEGAL”.
