The HITWAY Electric Bike comes mostly assembled and only minor things need to be assembled. A tool kit and manual for assembly will be provided, and this should not take longer than 20-30 minutes to do.
Range and speed are dependent on riders’ weight, road surface, wind, and other conditions. This E-Bike is not fully waterproof, please do not ride it in extreme rain or wet conditions.

Hello 👋 I’m a district nurse, and I bought this bike primarily for visiting patients.
It arrived just a week after I placed the order, though the basket and bag arrived a bit earlier.
I assembled the bike myself—even though I’m not particularly handy with tools, the process was simple thanks to the photos in the manual.
My husband attached the basket, which is very sturdy and can carry up to 13kg! It’s perfect for holding all my kits: observation kit, wound care supplies, and more.
I love that I no longer struggle with hills. The seat is wonderfully soft and comfortable. I also feel confident knowing my bike meets UK road regulations. The step-through design 🙌 makes it so easy to hop on and off. Plus, the tires are non-skid! I rode through slippery mud yesterday—no idea why Google Maps directed me that way, but I made it through just fine.
